Help Life West recognize the amazing contributions our alumni are making to the field of chiropractic.
In order to recognize excellence among those who represent the chiropractic profession, the Life West Alumni Association is accepting nominations for its International Alumni of the Year award. This award will recognize the Doctor of Chiropractic’s service and/or achievement to the college, the profession, and/or the community. The recipient will be honored by the Alumni Association during The Wave – Life West’s annual chiropractic conference.
For eligibility, candidates must be an alumnus of Life Chiropractic College West. Anyone can nominate a DC for this award, and a DC may nominate themselves. Nominees need not excel in all three areas (community, profession, college), but should have noteworthy qualifications in at least one area. Evaluation of nominees will be based on the information provided on this form.
Note: nominators should bear in mind that the evaluating committee may not have personal knowledge of the nominee, so the nominator should provide as much detail as is practical for the committee’s benefit.
